tifp because I took a day off school to relieve stress and didn’t count my calories.feeling a little low but I’m doing better

TIFP because I left an Intermittend Fasting group on Facebook. 🌼 I know that that kind of lifestyle can be healthy, but I got some issues around food and started to develop concerning patterns and thoughts last semester. The number on the scale determined my day.

You want to run FAR FAR FAAAAAR away from that ….. take care of yourself xxx

TIFP because I noticed how much more energy I got when I am eating and decided to get a healthy diet instead of fasting -binging, fasting restricting. I am proudly breaking my 48 hours fast at abt. 24 hours.

YES! NOURISH YOUR BODY! FUEL IT! 

TIFP because I was able to eat solid food for the first time in two weeks.

Today I feel proud because I ate.

TOP EFFORT!

TIFP because even though I didn't manage to get out of bed as early as planned, I did have breakfast even though I didn't feel like making the effort. And I didn't throw any of it away!

You are ticking off really important things

Tifp because instead of restricting my food, I listened to my body and ate something!

Today I felt proud because I didn’t purge or restrict my food and I really feel hope in my recovery from my eating disorder for the first time

There is always hope!
