Take each day as a step and opportunity towards something new. Rather than looking at life through a wide lense, it’s important for us, at times, to zoom in on the details and current moment. In doing this, we are able to more closely concentrate on the areas in which we need improvement, whether personally, relationally, in our career or elsewhere. It opens our eyes to a more visible daily life.

Frustration

The feeling of frustration is oftentimes one of bitterness. Whether a fallout as a result of plans not going through or our high expectations not being met, it can be difficult to come to terms with. However, while it is difficult, we must remember that it is a natural feeling and one that we all face from time to time. It is, ultimately, how we chose to deal with our frustration that will determine our success in the long run. Let us face our frustration head on and meditate on its cause. As we do, certainly our minds will open up and our eyes will see more clearly.

Attend

It is much too easy for us to opt for comfort and stay in our homes or quirky places, alone, in our down time. In fact, there is nothing wrong with this and it’s necessary to maintain a healthy life and mindset. Yet if we find that day after day, month after month, we aren’t pushing ourselves to go out and connect with others, truly we are missing out on a critical aspect of our future. Deep connection is necessary to grow ourselves and become the individual we were born to be. As such, let us commit ourselves to attending events and meeting with other around us, for we will certainly see the positive change in our lives.

Pleased

When our lives seem to be going smooth and there is little to complain about, the feeling of content is one that should be treasured. As individuals that oftentimes want more than we should have, the ability to demonstrate contentedness with what we already have is special. Let us always work to become happy with what we have, for this truly brings happiness.

Family

Family is always important, no matter how close or far we may be. Whether through distance or relationally, if we feel separated, let us work to grow closer to those we love. Truly, there are often few people that we can connect to on a closer level than our family. Therefore let us attempt to strengthen our bonds with our family.

When our work is finished and all has come to a close, let us always take time to reflect on what we accomplished and all that it took to do so. Surely, we should be proud of the work that we do and always make sure to ask how we can improve going forward. As we do, truly we will see continued success in our future.

Lost

The feeling of being lost can come in so many shapes and sizes. We can feel lost physically and emotionally as well as feeling lost on our path to find our future. It can be disheartening and make us feel as though we will never find the way. Yet let us not lose hope for there always is a way out.

Even when it feels like eternity, let us be patient and wait for the perfect answer. It can be extremely difficult to hold off on knowing what the outcome might be, exceptionally so when we are excited for whatever it may be. However it’s true that the best outcome typically comes when we are patient and wait. As such, let us learn to be more open to letting time pass naturally and take its course.

Meet

Let us work to meet new people. Make acquaintances and friends with individuals whom we have never met before. Truly, through relationships we create new opportunities and open possibilities. As such, let us work to go out of our comfort zone and introduce ourselves. For taking initiative is a key part to forming close bonds.

Try

No matter what we do, let us try and work to accomplish what we set out to do. Put in the effort needed to go above and beyond. With this mindset, not only will we reach our own goals, but we will have a significant impact on the individuals and world around us. We must always make an effort to finishe what we started.
