Not all of us enjoy what we do. Truly, when we are fortunate enough to thrive and love our careers, our lives will flow as a result. It’s not always obvious or easy to discover, but let us do our best to find our passion and carry it out daily.
We all have unique passions. However we are not always able to determine how to turn our passions into careers. It’s one of the most difficult and stressful aspects of our lives. To force ourselves to rely on a job in which we don’t believe in can go against our heart and mind. It may take time, but focusing on pursuing our passion as a career will positively impact our world and so many others.
When it’s time to move on, we won’t always have something else planned or lined up. This can be a frightening time and can truly force us into an uncomfortable position. However while it can seem frightening, let us work to focus on finding our true passion and do all in our ability to carry that out each and every day.
When we love what we do so much that we begin to miss it, even when we take a much needed break, we know that we have found what we were made for. Let us thank God for blessing us with an opportunity to do what we love, for surely it is not guaranteed and should never be taken for granted.
When our time and energy always seems to be taken up by activities we aren’t completely fond of or necessary daily tasks that simply don’t agree with our goals, it can become frustrating as we feel like there simply is no hope for change. Yet through God and unrelentless passion, truly we will find ourselves more than capable of the change we seek. We simply have to work towards it.
Our work plays a large part in our lives. We spend, oftentimes, the majority of our time in our careers. As such, with so much time dedicated to our occupation, we must ensure that we truly are passionate and enjoy what we do. Surely, we will experience quick burnout and displeasure spending the majority of our days in a place we do not care for. Let us find what we care about most and pursue it, not matter the costs.
We don’t know what lies ahead. Surely anything can happen. Yet rather than focus too much of our attention on worrying about the future, let us turn our attention to the present and bettering ourselves now to prepare for what is to come. It may sound similar, yet changing our mindset to prepare rather than worry will ultimately allow us to get ahead.
“The #Bible is very clear that #God put you here on Earth to do two things: to learn to #love God and to #learn to love other people. Life is not about acquisition, #accomplishment, or achievement. It’s not about all the things the world tells you it’s about. You’re not taking your #career to Heaven. You’re not taking your car to Heaven. You’re not taking your #house to Heaven. But you are taking your #character. You’re taking you.”

With each new opportunity we take and with each new skill we learn, we can inch closer and closer to our end goal. We aren’t always prepared or ready for what is to come. In fact, we seldom realize all that is right in front of us. Yet as we begin to move closer, we should keep our eyes and mind focused and reach for the impossible.
We all dream. Whether our dreams represent what we want to accomplish or not, each of us have goals and desires. We often view these goals as unachievable and quickly brush them off as too far beyond our abilities. Yet we are all capable of so much more than we believe – it simply takes effort. Let us all work to dream and discover what our aspirations are. From there, we can all work to better ourselves and the lives of those around us.
