Welcome To Spirit-Filled Sunday My Sweet Angel…

Welcome To Spirit-Filled Sunday My Sweet Angels! ❤️ THE WALK! I was thinking back the other day on when my son was first learning to walk and took his first steps. I was sooo excited!!! With every step he took, I cheered like we had won ten million dollars! And even when he fell, I would cheer, clap and encourage him to get back up! I wanted him to know that it was OK to fall–IT WAS A PART OF THE PROCESS!!! Upon further reflection, I imagined how very frustrating it must have been for him: Taking one or two steps…falling…getting up…take two or three more steps…fall again…get up again! But that is exactly what he did like champion until he was finally able to walk strong without falling…AND YES, I cheered him on every step of the way! Now let me ask you THIS: What if every time he fell, I berated or belittled him? Everyone would think that I was a horrible mother/person right? And you would be…ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! By the way, I could never ever fathom doing something like that to him or anyone! But my question for you today is: If it’s NOT OK to do it to a CHILD, then why is it OK to do it to a CHILD OF GOD!? This walk with Christ is NOT EASY Angels! Anyone who says that it is, please send them my way–I want to know THEIR secret! “…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” -Romans 3:23. It’s time for compassion amongst the brethren–not criticism and condemnation! When a person falls, it can be very embarrassing and humiliating for them, so that is not the time for insults and guilt. That is the time for encouragement, compassion and understanding. People need a HAND UP not a BEAT DOWN! Remember: We are all on the same journey, but everyone’s walk is different! Be Blessed Angels! ❤️ #ELDS #LTMA #Favor #Increase #KingdomDream
